WL1 Objectives (to 31/10/2021)

Note: The instructions in this section cease to be effective from 01 November 2021

The Silver Fern work instructions contribute to the overall work instructions objective (see W1) by;

1. attracting highly skilled young people to New Zealand; and
2. matching these workers to the needs of the economy by providing a pathway for these workers to remain in New Zealand upon gaining skilled employment.
