R2.35 How an application must be lodged

  1. Applications must be lodged in the prescribed manner.
  2. The prescribed manner is the manner laid down for residence class visa applications in the Immigration (Visa, Entry Permission, and Related Matters) Regulations 2010, which set out the mandatory requirements for lodging an application.
