BA2.5 Temporary class category

The following business immigration categories are part of temporary entry instructions:

• Entrepreneur work visa (see BB)
• Business Investor work visa (see BD)
• Global Impact work visa (see BG2)

Persons who are granted a work visa under these categories will have the opportunity to apply for residence. Such persons will need to meet the relevant residence category requirements that apply at the time that their residence class visa application is made. Such residence category requirements may differ from those that applied at the time that the person's work visa application was made or at the time the work visa was granted.
