SM4.10 Health, character and English language requirements (to 27/08/2017)

Note: The instructions in this section cease to be effective from 28/08/2017.

1. Applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet health and character requirements (see A4 and A5).
2. Applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet a minimum standard of English or, where instructions allow pre-purchase ESOL tuition.
