 | D8.1 Powers to revoke temporary permits Immigration Act 1987 ss 32, 33, The Immigration Act 1987 provides for a temporary permit to be revoked if any such permit is granted as the result of an administrative error (see E3.5.45, Y5).A temporary permit may also be revoked for any other good reason as the Immigration Act 1987 does not specify any particular grounds for revocation of a temporary permit. Revocation of a temporary permit is most likely to take place if the holder breaches any conditions of their permit (see E3.5.50, U7.15).
