D7.20 Preparing a deportation order
Immigration Act 1987 ss91, 92, 94, 104
- All cases for deportation are referred to the Border Security Group, Workforce at the National Office of the Department of Labour so that the deportation order can be prepared and referred to the Minister of Immigration for signature.
