WG7.5 Conditions of the seasonal work permit (SWP) (14/09/2006)

1. Work permits granted under this policy will be endorsed with conditions that allow work for employers in the horticulture and viticulture industries only.
2. Where it is identified that there is a demand for workers in these industries in particular regions only, work permits will be endorsed with conditions allowing work in those regions only.
