U8.20 Dependants of holders of work permits (26/07/1999)

1. Spouses and partners and dependent children of work permit holders are regarded as domestic students for all fee purposes at primary and secondary schools for the period of the work permit.
2. Spouses and partners and dependent children of work permit holders who study at tertiary level are regarded as fee-paying students and must pay foreign student fees.
