P4.20 Visas (26/07/1999)

1. With the exception of those who are participating in cultural schemes and are exempt from having to obtain a visitor's visa, all exchange participants must apply for a visa before entering New Zealand.
2. Intending participants should apply to the appropriate NZIS branch or post in (or accredited to) the applicant's home country or usual country of residence.
