SM4.10 Health, character and English language requirements
- Applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet health and character requirements policy (see A4 and A5).
- Applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet a minimum standard of English or, where policy allows, pre-purchase ESOL tuition.
