BI4.1 Ability to apply (04/07/2005)

Immigration Act 1987, s10A

A person may only apply for residence under the Investor Category if:

1. they have been issued with an Invitation to Apply under the Investor Category; and
2. they apply for residence under the Investor Category within three months of the date of the letter in which that invitation is made; and
3. that Invitation to Apply has not been revoked.
