BI8.10 Intention to make New Zealand your main home (04/07/2005)

1. Principal applicants must make a declaration in their residence application that they intend to make New Zealand their main home within the five-year investment period.
2. At the end of the five-year investment period the principal applicant must be able to provide evidence that they have made New Zealand their main home according to the policy in section BI12.10.
