BB1.1 Points system (26/07/1999)

1. Principal applicants in the Investor category are assessed by a points system under three criteria:
   1. age (see BB2),
   2. business experience (see BB3), and
   3. investment funds (see BB4).
2. Residence will be declined if the principal applicant's points total is not equal to or not greater than the points pass mark set by the Minister (see BB1.5).
3. The points pass mark applying at the time an application is made is the pass mark against which the application is assessed.
