R6.1 Annual Immigration Programme (01/10/2001)

1. The Annual Immigration Programme consists of all persons approved for residence in each year ending 30 June.
2. The number of places available within the Annual Immigration Programme is 45,000 (with a tolerance of 10%) annually (1 July to 30 June).
3. The Annual Immigration Programme is set on an annual basis, and any change to the number in R6.1(b) will be advised by an amendment to this policy.
