G4.5 Evidence of work experience (01/07/2003)
- Evidence of work experience must include documents that show the period of employment, the employer's name and the position held.
- Evidence of work experience includes but is not limited to original or certified copies of the following documents:
- references from employers,
- on company letterhead, and
- stating the occupation and dates of employment, and
- giving the contact phone number and address of the employer
- letters of appointment
- certificates of service
- pay slips
- job specifications
- tax records
- job assessments.
- Evidence of part-time work experience includes that listed in paragraph (b), but must also show actual weekly hours worked.
