Appendix 3 - List of Countries Using Panel Doctors (15/11/2004)

In some countries, Medical and X-Ray Reports completed by local Doctors and Radiologists are unreliable. Posts may select and use a medical panel of reputable registered medical doctors and radiologists. Below is a list of approved NZIS Panel Doctors/Radiologists in your locality.

For a detailed list of the panel doctors in your country please contact the NZIS web site at www.immigration.govt.nz or contact the nearest office of the NZIS.

Each member of your family is required to have a medical/x-ray form completed.

Your medical must not be more than 3 months old at the time of application lodgement.
