X4.43 Second and subsequent returning resident's visa (Parent Retirement Category)
- Principal applicants who have been approved residence under the Parent Retirement Category will be issued with an RRV current for up to 2 years if they:
- held a residence permit at a time which was a minimum of 2 years before the current application for an RRV was made, and
- continue to meet requirements imposed under section 18A (see F8.35.10).
