WL1.1 Objectives

The Silver Fern work policies contribute to the overall work policy objective (see W1) by;

  1. attracting highly skilled young people to New Zealand; and
  2. matching these workers to the needs of the economy by providing a pathway for these workers to remain in New Zealand upon gaining skilled employment.
