U7.1 Variations to allow transfers and course changes

Note: The policy contained in this section ceases to be effective on and after 30 November 2009. From that date, students who wish to transfer from one course to another, and/or from one education provider to another, must apply for a variation of conditions to their student permit under U3.40 Students who wish to change their course of study and/or education provider.
