BJ9.20 English language tuition

1. The principal applicant who was granted residence under the Investor 2 category is considered to have met the English tuition requirements if they have completed a minimum of 20 hours of English language tuition with a New Zealand registered school or tertiary education provider as defined in the Education Act 1989 within the four year investment period.
2. Suitable evidence can include a certificate of course completion.
