BK6.5 English language requirements (26/11/2007)

1. Principal applicants under the Professional Investor Category must meet a minimum standard of English (see BF5.2).
2. Any partner or dependent children aged 16 years and over who are included in a Professional Investor Category application must meet a minimum standard of English or pre-purchase ESOL tuition (see BF1.1).
