BK2.4 Global Investor Category (26/11/2007)

1. Applications can be made under the Global Investor Category without the need to submit an EOI or be invited to apply.
2. To be approved under this category a principal applicant must:
   1. meet requirements for health, character, business experience, and investment funds; and
   2. invest NZ$20 million in New Zealand, of which NZ$5 million must be placed in an active investment, for a four year period.
