From policy: WI5.5 Dependants of United States government personnel (Work policy)
WI5.5.1 Definition of 'dependants'
Under the terms of the agreement between the United States and New Zealand governments, dependants means:
- spouses; and
- unmarried dependent children under 21; and
- unmarried dependent children under 25 who are full- time students at a tertiary institution; and
- unmarried children who are physically or mentally disabled.
