Chinese citizens who are Air China Phoenix Miles Gold or Platinum members can benefit from streamlined processing of their application for a visitor visa.

Applying for your visitor visa

If you want to get streamlined processing, when you apply, you must also provide with your application:

• a copy of your Air China Phoenix Miles Gold or Platinum card
• a print-out from your Phoenix Miles online account showing your Phoenix Miles status and your flight record with Air China or partner airlines within the last 24 months.

If you are a Chinese citizen and a Bank of China Private Banking or Prestigious Wealth Management card holder, you can apply for streamlined visitor visa processing.

Applying for your visitor visa

If you want to get streamlined processing, when you apply, you must also provide a copy of a letter from the Bank of China that confirms you are a Private Banking or Prestigious Wealth Management client.

The information in the letter must reflect your membership status at the time we process your visitor visa application.

If you are a Chinese citizen and hold a platinum, gold or silver card for China Eastern Airlines you can apply for streamlined processing of your visitor visa.

If you want to get streamlined processing, when you apply, you must also provide with your application:

• a copy of your Eastern Miles platinum, gold or silver card
• a letter of certification which includes information about your:
• Eastern Miles tier, and
• your flight record with China Eastern Airlines or partner airlines within the last 24 months.

If you are a Chinese citizen and hold a gold or platinum card for China Southern Airlines you can apply for streamlined processing of your visitor visa.

Applying for a visitor visa

If you want to get streamlined processing, when you apply, you must also provide with your application:

• a copy of your SkyPearl gold or platinum card
• a letter of certification which includes information about your:
  • SkyPearl tier, and
  • your flight record with China Southern Airlines or partner airlines within the last 24 months.

If you are a Chinese citizen and a China UnionPay diamond or platinum credit card holder, you can apply for streamlined visitor visa processing.

Applying for your visitor visa

If you want to get streamlined processing, when you apply, you must also provide with your application:

• a statement for your China UnionPay card that is less than 3 months old, and
• a copy of the front of your China UnionPay platinum or diamond credit card showing it is:
• current, and
• does not show a third-party logo (for example, Visa or MasterCard) — you cannot apply for streamlined processing if there is a third-party logo on your card.

If you are not the main card holder, you need to provide evidence of your relationship to the primary card holder. This can be a:

• Hukou
• kinship certificate
• marriage certificate, or
• birth certificate.

Citizens of some Asian countries who are members of Singapore Airlines' frequent flyer programme can benefit from streamlined processing of their visitor visa.

Who can get streamlined visa processing

To be eligible for streamlined processing of your visitor visa, you must be:

• a citizen of China, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand or Vietnam, and
• a member of the Singapore Airlines PPS Club, or have KrisFlyer elite gold or elite silver status.

Applying for your visitor visa

If you want to get streamlined processing, when you apply, you must also provide with your application:

• your booking confirmation for a flight operated by Singapore Airlines or Air New Zealand
• a copy of your PPS Club, KrisFlyer Elite Gold or Elite Silver membership card showing it is current.

If you do not live in your country of citizenship

If you are have a Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, Filipino, Thai or Vietnamese passport, but you live in another country, you need to provide evidence of your immigration status in that country. For example, if you are the holder of an Indian passport, but live in Singapore, you need to provide evidence of your immigration status in Singapore.
