You can only apply for a Pathway Student Visa if you have an offer from one or more pathway education providers taking part in the Pathway Student Visa pilot. The pilot is available to selected primary, secondary and tertiary providers.
You may be allowed to work part-time for up to 20 hours a week, and full-time during all scheduled holidays and the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
