The final EOI selection for the Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa was on Wednesday 16 August 2023. If your EOI was selected and you have received an invitation to apply, you have 4 months to apply from the date of your invitation to apply letter. If you were not invited to apply under the old points system but you still want to apply for the Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa, you may be able to apply under the new points system from 9 October 2023.
