Who can be included in my permanent resident visa application?

In most cases you can include your partner and children in your application for a permanent resident visa (or further travel conditions) if they were included in your original resident visa application.

To be included in your application, your partner and children must have at least entered New Zealand to activate their resident visa.

All those applying can be included on one form and only one fee is required.

One common exception is if your children are now 25 or older they must make their own application and pay a separate fee when applying for a permanent resident visa or further travel conditions on their resident visas.
