Check the details you have entered are correct, using the visa holder's current passport, visa approval notification or visa label.
Some information may have changed since the visa was granted (for example the visa may have expired or been cancelled). You can ask the visa holder if they have a visa label in their passport that you can sight as evidence of this visa, or ask the visa holder to contact the Immigration Contact Centre. Please be aware that the Contact Centre will verify your identity, and may only release personal information to, or with the consent of, the visa holder.
