Understanding enquiry history
The enquiry history page provides you with a record of all your previous enquiries for your organisation. If you are an employer, and can make New Zealand passport enquiries, these will be listed separately from your visa enquiries.
All your enquiries will be visible when you first go into each tab with the most recent enquiries at the top.
If you are an administrator for the account you will have the option to see enquiries made by other users for the account by choosing another user name or all the enquiries for your organisation by choosing ANY user.
All users can find an individual enquiry or group of enquiries by using the Date of Enquiry filter. The More Options link in the Visa tab allows you to filter by name, or the date on which the entitlement is due to end.
Use the Download History button to download a copy of your enquiry history to a spreadsheet on your PC so you can save the records in your own files.
