COVID-19: Student change notification form

Use this form if you need to notify INZ of changes to an international student’s circumstances as a result of COVID-19.

When to use this form

Use this form if you are an education provider and you need to notify INZ if an international student who has paid their tuition fees chooses to defer to a later intake or will no longer study at your institution.

When not to use this form

Do not use this form if you are notifying INZ that you have terminated an international student’s enrolment. Use the ‘Student enrolment termination’ form.
