Online Services - decision letters
For applicants who have been advised their Working Holiday application has been updated but are unable to see the letter in their account.
- Login to the Working Holiday System by clicking on 'Login' in the top of this page.
- Once you are logged in, click ‘Online Services’ at the top left to view your applications.
- Scroll down to your “Immigration Applications”.
- Replace the #### in the following URL with the 8-digit “Application number” of your Working Holiday Scheme visa application.
https://onlineservices.immigration.govt.nz/Registration/Visas/WorkingHoliday.aspx?ApplicationNumber=####
e.g.
https://onlineservices.immigration.govt.nz/Registration/Visas/WorkingHoliday.aspx?ApplicationNumber=73678603 - Click the link you’ve just made, or paste the link into your browser address bar.
- You should then view your visa approval letter and your visa conditions.
Note
If you see an “Access denied” error message, after clicking your new link, it means you’ve entered the incorrect number, or you aren’t logged into your account.
We apologise for inconvenience this error is causing, and are working to get it fixed.
If you have been unable to view your letter, but your visa has been approved, you may still travel to NZ – your visa is issued electronically, and will be recognised when you check-in for your flight, and when you arrive in NZ.
