Evidence of qualifications

The following documents may be accepted as evidence of a person successfully completing a qualification:

  1. Certificate
  2. Academic transcript showing final results and that the applicant has successfully completed the qualification.
  3. Letter from the academic registrar or other authorised person confirming that the applicant has successfully completed the qualification.

Please include notes in AMS indicating the type of evidence which was provided to show that the applicant had successfully completed the qualification.

Please note that provisional or unconfirmed results do not meet instructions as potentially the results could change and they do not guarantee that a person has successfully completed a qualification.

Please note that a programme of study may include multiple qualifications and the name of the qualification obtained may differ from the programme of study listed as a condition of the visa. Please check with the provider if there are concerns that the qualification does not relate to the programme of study. Some providers may include a letter with the WD application explaining that the qualification is part of the programme of study.
