Label issuing at Singapore Office

Context

INZ Singapore receives requests from INZ offices to issue visa labels for applicants who reside in Singapore and/or Malaysia.

INZ Singapore is more than happy to facilitate this and have documented the below procedure to advise applicants when they are required to submit their passports to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Singapore.

Action

  1. Applicant either drops off in person or couriers their passport to the VAC (address below) along with their AIP letter or confirmation email that has the application number on it:
New Zealand Visa Application Centre (VAC)
New address from 9 March 2015

    135 Cecil Street
    8th Floor
    Singapore 069536
Opening hours: 8am to 2pm, Monday to Friday
Passport collection: 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday
    Phone: 65 66929872 (8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday)
    Email: info.nzsg@vfshelpline.com
    Website: www.vfsglobal.com/newzealand/singapore
  2. VAC sends the passport to INZ Singapore
  3. INZ Singapore issues the visa label and the passport is returned to the VAC
  4. The applicant collects the passport in person or VAC couriers the passport back to the applicant
  5. If the applicant requires the passport to be couriered, the attached credit card authorisation form needs to be completed along with the address.

INZSG Courier Credit Card authorisation form

The process takes 3 working days, including the time that the applicant submits their passport to the VAC. The VAC will debit the applicant’s credit card for the return courier so it is important that the return address of the applicant and their details are listed correctly (see the attached form).
