Section 41 and Visitor Visa approval letters
Here are some reminders about two separate issues.
Section 41
Please note that Section 41 (was Section 18a) can only be waived or amended by Ministerial Direction. Consequently, a Branch Referral is required if a branch considers that an application for Removal of Conditions (following approval of a residence visa) warrants approval even though the applicant has not met their Section 41 requirements.

Visitor Visas approval template letter
The Visitor Visa approval template letter has an optional paragraph for applicants who have been approved a multiple entry visa. Please ensure that this paragraph is deleted if you do not want the person to have a multiple entry.
