Request a callback

When you call us, if there are already callers waiting, you will be advised what number you are in the queue. At several intervals while you wait, you will be given the option of requesting a callback.

The main advantage of requesting a callback is that you can get on with other things without needing to wait on the phone.

Callback request process

If you are calling from outside New Zealand

When requested enter your full phone number, including your international dialling code. If you do not enter your number correctly, we will not be able to call you back.

Callback requests to a mobile will be the same process.

At certain times of day, callbacks may not be available due to operational constraints or technical issues

International dialling codes

If you are calling from within New Zealand

When requested enter your area code in New Zealand and your phone number e.g. 099144###.

Callback requests to a mobile will be the same process.

No callback

If you do not receive a callback from us within 5 hours, your callback has not been successful and you will need to try again.

Unanswered callback

We will only make one attempt to call you back. If your number is busy, or you do not answer, we will not try again later.
