申请中国特色职业政策和中国技术工人政策下的工作签证,请参照以下步骤:

填写申请表

打印并填写中国技术工作签证申请表(INZ1158)。您必须表明您要在哪一类政策下申请签证,并在申请表个人资料页附上两张护照照片。

为了帮助您填写申请表, 请参照特定的中国临时签证指南(INZ1157)和工作签证指南(INZ1016)。

您必须提交申请表,申请费和其他所需的申请材料。其他申请材料包括:

  • 您的中华人民共和国护照或旅行证件
  • 全职工作录用协定书

您必须持有全职工作录用协定书, 全职从事中国特色职业政策或中国技术工人政策中的任意一种职业。工作录用协定书应包括雇主的具体联系方式和完整的工作内容描述。工作录用协定书必须来自那些遵守新西兰劳动法和移民法的雇主。

注:全职工作是指一周工作至少30个小时。

所需的学历或工作经历的证明

某些职业对学历有特殊的要求。相关信息请参照中国特色职业政策或中国技术工人政策的网页。

行业注册证明(如需要)

某些职业需要在新西兰正式的或临时的行业注册。如果您从事的职业是其中之一,您必须已经持有行业注册或证明您符合行业注册的要求。

符合健康要求的证明

如您计划在新西兰逗留时间超过6个月但少于12个月,您必须提交完整的胸部X光证明书。

胸部X光证明书在以下情况下无需提交:

  • 您已经在此申请之前的36个月之内提交过胸部X光证明书,并且
  • 过去连续6个月中您未在中国、香港或其他肺结核高发国家逗留过。

如你计划在新西兰逗留时间超过1年,须提交:

  • 完整的普通体格检查表 General Medical Certificate,除非您已在此申请之前36个月之内递交过体格检查表,以及
  • 完整的短期入境签证胸部X光表Chest X-ray Certificate]。

如您计划在新西兰停留时间超过1年,您必须须提交:

完整的普通体格检查证明书,除非您已在此申请之前的36个月之内递交过体格检查证明书,以及

完整的胸部X光证明书 。

在以下情况下无需提交胸部X光证明书:

  • 您已在此申请之前的36个月之内提交过胸部X光证明书,并且
  • 过去连续6个月中您未在中国、香港或其他肺结核高发国家停留过。

证明书必须在此申请递交前的3个月内完成。

提交您的签证申请

如果您在中国

所有中国特色职业政策下的中餐厨师申请应递交至新西兰签证申请中心在上海的办公室。

中国特色职业政策下的其他申请(中文教师助理、中医执业者、中国武术教练和中文导游)可以根据您现在居住的省份递交至相应的新西兰签证申请中心。

中国技术工人政策下的申请可以根据您现在居住的省份递交至相应的新西兰签证申请中心。

如果您在新西兰

如果您现在在新西兰且持有有效的工作或学生签证, 除了中国特色职业政策下的中餐厨师的工作签证,您可以申请这两个政策下其他任意一职业的工作签证。

To apply under the China Special Work or China Skilled Workers categories, please follow these steps:

Complete the form

Print and complete the Work Visa Application for China Skilled Work Instructions (INZ 1158). You must indicate which category you are applying for and attach two passport-sized photographs to the Personal Details section of the form.

For help with completing the application form, please see the Guide to Special China Temporary Class Visas (INZ 1157) and Work Visa Guide (INZ 1016).

You must submit the form, along with the appropriate fee and any other required documents. Other required documents include the following:

  • Your passport or travel document
  • Evidence of a full-time job offer

You must have an offer of full-time employment in one of the occupations listed in either the China Special Work or China Skilled Worker visa categories. This offer of work must include the contact details of the employer and a full job description. The work must be with an employer who complies with all New Zealand employment and immigration law.

Note: Full-time work means work that is at least 30 hours per week.

Evidence of required qualifications or work experience

Certain occupations have specific qualification requirements. See the relevant China Special Work or China Skilled Worker category pages for more details.

Evidence of registration (if required)

Certain occupations require full or provisional registration in New Zealand. If your occupation is one of them, you must be registered or prove that you can meet the requirements for registration.

Evidence that you meet health requirements

If you intend to be in New Zealand for more than six months but less than one year, you must provide a completed Chest X-ray Certificate.

Note: Please note that a chest x-ray certificate is NOT required if:

  • you have provided a Chest X –ray Certificate to INZ within the 36 months preceding this application, and
  • you have not spent the previous six consecutive months in China, Hong Kong or another country that is not a low-incidence country for tuberculosis (TB).

If you intend to be in New Zealand for more than one year, you must provide:

  • a completed General Medical Certificate unless you have provided a Medical Certificate to INZ within the 36 months preceding your application, and
  • a completed Chest X-ray Certificate

Note: That a chest x-ray certificate is NOT required if:

  • you have provided a Chest X –ray Certificate to INZ within the 36 months preceding this application, and
  • you have not spent the previous six consecutive months in China, Hong Kong or another country that is not a low-incidence country for tuberculosis (TB).

Certificates must be less than 3 months old when the application is submitted.

Note: All medical certificates must be completed by an INZ appointed panel doctor.

Evidence that you meet character requirements

Lodge your application

If you are in China

All applications for Chinese Chefs under the China Special Work category should be submitted to the Visa Application Centre in Shanghai.

All other applications under the China Special Work Category (for Mandarin teacher aides, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, Wushu coaches and Chinese tour guides) can be submitted to the appropriate New Zealand Visa Application Centre in China based on the province you are residing in.

Applications under the China Skilled Worker category can be submitted to the appropriate New Zealand Visa Application Centre in China based on the province you are residing in.

If you are in New Zealand

If you are in New Zealand on a valid work or student visa you may apply for any of these roles, except as a Chinese Chef under the China Special work instructions.
