Changes to Visa Application Centre (VAC) arrangements in Moscow and Vladivostok, Russia Friday, 1 April 2016

From 1 May 2016, the VAC in Moscow, Russia will be operated by VFS Global and will operate from a new location. From 30 April 2016, the VAC in Vladivostok will close.

From 1 May 2016, the VAC in Moscow, Russia will be operated by VFS Global and will operate from a new location. Applications can be submitted to the VFS Global VAC in person or by mail/courier.

Passport Handling Fee (per application) RUB1,425

Postal application: bank transfer

Counter (in person) application: cash, credit card, debit card

Closure of the VAC in Vladivostok

From 30 April 2016, the VAC in Vladivostok will close and customers who previously submitted their visa applications to the VAC in Vladivostok should send their applications directly to the VAC in Moscow or apply via Immigration Online.
