Changes to residence processing for onshore applications Tuesday, 4 April 2017

From April 2017, all onshore Family Residence and Skilled Migration Category applications will be processed in Auckland as part of Immigration New Zealand's centralisation of the New Zealand Residence Programme.

Any SMC or Family residence applications that are due to be processed in an onshore office outside Auckland but have not been allocated to an Immigration Officer will be transferred to either Manukau or Auckland Central Area Offices. Applications that were submitted by a Licensed Immigration Adviser or Lawyer will be processed at Henderson Area Office.

Residence applications under our SMC, Family and Humanitarian categories should continue to be sent to INZ’s Northern Area Documentation Office at the following addresses:
