TT Services has been appointed as a collection agent for visa applications, passports and all other related documents on behalf of Immigration New Zealand. Please lodge your application at the designated office of TT Services. For more information on submission of documents and other documents, please visit the TT Services website.

New Zealand-based licensed advisers/lawyers: If you wish to submit an application to one of the India branches from outside India, please ensure:

1. That you submit it to the correct address of the TT Services office closest to where the applicant is residing (this can be obtained from the INZ India website).
2. That you clearly address the correspondence to TT Services, not to INZ (applications addressed to INZ are redirected to TTS and this can add an additional two days).
3. That you do not over-estimate the dollar value of the application (parcels with high dollar values attract customs duty and your correspondence may be held up until this is paid. INZ and the New Zealand High Commission are not able to exert any influence over Indian Customs should this occur).
4. That you include both the INZ application fee and TT Services service fee as per current fee schedule (New Zealand-based lawyers and advisers can now submit the TTS fee in USD, alternatively consider forwarding the completed application to the applicant and having them raise a draft themselves as they submit the application).
