Soon, we will be emailing a survey invitation to a number of recent visa applicants. The June 2012 Annual INZ Customer Satisfaction Survey asks visa applicants questions about their application experience.

The information gathered will help us improve the services we provide to future applicants. The survey shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes.

Please note that participation in the survey is voluntary and in no way affects an individual's application. Premium Research (an independent research company) is conducting this survey, and responses are anonymous.

The survey runs from Wednesday 13th June to Wednesday 27th June 2012.

Before the survey closes, a reminder email will be sent out to applicants who were contacted earlier in case they have deleted the link but now would like to take part.
