Telephone: 9:00am to 4:00pm (Monday to Friday).
Reception Counter: 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday).

Submitting new applications: 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 1:00pm to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday).
General enquiries: 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday).
Passport collection: 1:00pm to 3:00pm (Monday to Friday).

Note: Starting in August 2009 the Bangkok branch reception counter will close at 2:00pm on Wednesdays for staff training.
