The London branch accepts residence and returning resident’s applications from throughout Europe (apart from the former Soviet states) and Africa as well as Skilled Migrant applications from the Americas.
We also process temporary entry applications from the UK, Ireland, certain European countries such as the Czech Republic, Romania, Albania and Slovakia, and some other countries in Africa and the Americas.

Residence and temporary entry applications from Africa, Europe or the Americas which are not processed here in London will either be processed by the INZ branch in Moscow or by the closest New Zealand embassy, consulate-general, or high commission, such as the New Zealand Embassy in Washington or any of the posts listed below:
