The branches are open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and see applicants by prior appointment only.
All general e-mail and telephone queries to the branch will be received by the Contact Centre staff who will reply to all general queries related to visa applications. Telephone enquiries will be answered from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. All email queries will be responded to within 72 hours.
