Amendment Circulars

The INZ Operational Manual is updated periodically. Any updates will be posted here in the form of an Amendment Circular.

Amendment Circulars can be received via email by subscribing to the Amendment Circular distribution list. To subscribe please email the Service Support Group with the name and email address you would like the information sent to.

 

Only Amendment Circulars from recent months are available here, as the rest will have been incorporated into the Operational Manual. 

  • 7 June 2013 – Amendment Circular 2013-07 PDF [101KB] – Outlines changes to immigration instructions effective 10 June 2013.
  • 13 May 2013 – Amendment Circular 2013-06 PDF [288KB] Outlines changes to immigration instructions effective 14 May 2013.
  • 20 March 2013 – Amendment Circular 2013-05 [536KB]
    Includes a range of changes to Residence, Temporary and Health instructions.

    Changes to the List of Qualifications Exempt from Assessment (Appendix 3) and Qualifications Recognised as an Exception (Appendix 8) effective on 8 April 2013.
