SM4.1 Ability to apply

A person may only apply for residence under the Skilled Migrant Category if:

1. they have been issued with an invitation to apply under the Skilled Migrant Category; and
2. they apply for residence under the Skilled Migrant Category within four months of the date of the letter in which that invitation is made; and
3. that invitation has not been revoked.
