RA40 Residence permits with requirements

Immigration Act 1987 ss 14B(6), 18A

On issuing a residence visa or granting a residence permit, the Minister or a visa or immigration officer may impose requirements on the holder of the visa or permit in accordance with section 18A of the Immigration Act 1987.
