X4.42Second and subsequent returning resident's visa (Migrant Investment Policy)

  1. Principal applicants who have been approved residence under the Migrant Investment Policy will be issued with an RRV current for up to 2 years if they:
    1. held a residence permit at a time which was a minimum of 2 years before the current application for an RRV was made, and
    2. continue to meet requirements imposed under section 18A (see BJ8.10)
