X4.40 Second and subsequent returning resident's visa (Active Investor Migrant Policy)

1. Principal applicants who have been approved residence under the Active Investor Migrant Policy will be issued with an RRV current for up to 2 years if they:
   1. held a residence permit at a time which was a minimum of 2 years before the current application for an RRV was made, and
   2. continue to meet requirements imposed under section 18A (see BJ8.10)
