E2.35 Ban on the issue of work visas and grant of work permits to Fijian citizens for the purpose of taking up work of a temporary seasonal nature.
Despite the provisions of work policy, applications made for work visas and work permits for the purposes of work of a temporary seasonal nature by citizens of Fiji will be declined.
