SM4.25 Migrant levy

Principal applicants* approved-in-principle under the Skilled Migrant Category must pay a Migrant Levy (see R5.90) when:
- their application is approved-in-principle, unless:
- the Levy has been paid prior to the principal applicant* being issued with a work visa or work permit for the purpose of obtaining an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand.
